Features

• VARIMIX VAR 10 is a pre-assembled group of  brass and Stainless-Steel fittings for heating and cooling circuits.
• The circulator can be conveniently maintained by isolating it using the ball valves.
• The VARIMIX VAR 10 should be mounted on a modular VARIMIX VAR 30 distribution manifold.
• An integrated circulation pump transports fluid from the heat/cold generator to the consumers/loads.
• The ball valves enable pump maintenance for both the boiler/heat generator-side circuit and the load-side circuit without shutting down the entire hydronic system.
• Two thermometers display the temperatures of the supply and the return and allow thus a function control.
• The integrated check valve avoids unwanted circulation/ heat migration.
• The insulation shell prevents heat energy loss during heating operation. During cooling operation, the insulation reduces possible condensation.
• The standard unit comes with supply on the left and can be ordered with supply flow and pump on the right or can be field modified to accommodate changing installation requirements.
• The adjustable differential pressure bypass valve, P/N 550635LNA is optional. 
• The unit comes with G-thread 1” male connections.  The system piping connections require 1” G-Unions for the top outlet. To connect larger system piping the G1” connectors can be replaced with separately purchased pair of adapter nipples G11/2”, Part Number: 520414.
