Modular Hydronic Systems - everyone can do it - just put it together!

When the first time I came across PAW Modular Hydronic system, I was confused…wow, beautiful but it was a black box to me. So, I am not surprised that some technicians and Hydronic Heating Enthusiasts have asked: Do you have someone to help me with assembly?  However, if assembly of PAW System required any special training or skills, it would be contrary to manufacturer’s moto: System for Plug & Play!

Once you look into the PAW system closely, you realize that each pump station has one hot supply and cold return pipe connections, two isolating valves with gauges and a pump.  You have choices to select High-Temp (non-mixing), thermostatic mixing module or Motorized mixing module that connects with flat unions to the manifold. The unique sectional manifold is equipped with cross-over linked channels for isolated system supply and return flows. The available pipe connection sizes are 3/4”, 1” and 1-1/4”.  We simplify the installation into several steps: Position, Secure, Assemble, and Tighten-up.

The final touches are: installing insulation covers, the gauges and mixing valve actuators.
Let us briefly share a success story with you:
This large residential house system we customized for one of our contractor client.  Due to high design flow rates and friction losses, we had to specify Grundfos MAGNA1 32-100F pumps. We did this presentation assembly in our office prior to shipment. It took us about 40 mins, two people worked on the assembly including myself.  I am a 5.3” tall and 120 lbs, non-installer, female in technical sales....

Our Modular Hydronic Panel assembly is straightforward, making near-boiler piping to be neat, and compact. The modern-looking insulation shells maintainappearance of a finished unique product and also largely reduce the heat loss. And most important – you’ll get same result and success every time, all the time!
“All I did was just put the thing up, a lot of it was just the PAW – it’s easy to make it look good.”
