4-Zone / 3-Temperature Hydronic Zone Panel (316 MBH @ 20ºF dT)

The pre-engineered P-Series Modular Hydronic Zone Panel is a distribution system for Hydronic heating, designed to work with heat sources of different types and brands, zone controls, and/or thermostats.

Modular Hydronic Zone panel is a compact, pre-piped mechanical system complete with circulator, isolation ball valves, thermometers and insulation shells to control heat loss. Modular Hydronic Zone panels are intended to speed up installation by connecting directly to a hydronic heating system, providing a complete and compact piping and mixing system in a box.

P-Series – 4-ZONE MOTORIZED MIXING Panels of different pipe sizes can handle from 62,700 up to 316,000 Btu/h. Two (2) Modular Hydronic Mixing Zone modules are equipped with 24 volt floating action 3-way valve designed to provide low temperature floor heating by connecting the mixing valve to the mixing control of your choice. Two (2) High Temperature Zone Modules can provide a wide range of control to accommodate many project applications from indirect water heaters to hydronic air handlers and baseboards.

The panel is easy to assemble, takes only minutes to connect and reduces installation expertise requirements. This unique design allows the P-Series Zone Panel to be installed in a variety of constricted spaces for new installations or retrofits. The panel can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position. An optional low-loss header can be added to act as hydraulic break, separating boiler and system circuits from each other. The low-loss header is required to hydraulically isolate the primary boiler loop from the secondary zone loop if boiler has a built-in pump, or its specified flow rate differs from the flow rate of zone circulators in the distribution system.
